A presence that looks maintained, because it is.
The damage from an abandoned account is bigger than it looks. A prospect who checks your profile, sees the last post was eleven months ago, and quietly wonders whether you are still trading has cost you more than any post would have earned. Consistency is most of the value here, and consistency is a staffing problem before it is a creative one.
This is for you if
- Your last post was months ago and you would rather it were not
- Somebody juggles it alongside their real job, so it happens when nothing else is urgent
- Comments and messages sit unanswered for days
- You have no idea whether any of it produces anything
It isn't, if
- You want followers quickly. Bought audiences do not buy anything and they damage reach for the real ones.
- You want to be on every platform. Two done properly beats five neglected, and we will recommend which two.
- Nobody on your side will approve anything within a week. Social runs on a shorter clock than that, and the delay shows.
What actually happens.
- 01
Pick the platforms honestly
Where your buyers actually are, which for most B2B is LinkedIn and for most consumer businesses is Instagram or TikTok. Being everywhere is a way of being nowhere with more effort.
- 02
A calendar you approve in advance
A month of themes and posts signed off ahead of time, so publishing is not a weekly negotiation. Room is kept for anything timely that comes up.
- 03
Produce it in your voice
Copy, graphics and short video that sound like your company rather than like a template. The test is whether your own team recognises it as yours.
- 04
Reply the same day
Comments and DMs answered within the working day, escalated to you when they should be. Community management is where social actually turns into enquiries.
What you get
- A monthly content calendar approved before anything is published
- Posts, short video and graphics produced in your own voice and brand
- Community management: comments and DMs answered within the working day
- Reporting on reach, engagement and the clicks that reached a real page

The ones people actually ask.
How many posts a month?
It depends on the platform and what we can genuinely produce well, usually twelve to twenty across two channels. A cadence you can hold beats a launch-month burst followed by silence.
Do you handle paid social too?
That is Meta Ads management, priced separately. They work well together and are run by different people, because organic and paid reward different instincts.
Will you post without our approval?
Only once you have asked us to, and plenty of clients do after a few months. The default is that the calendar is approved in advance and anything reactive is checked.
What do you report?
Reach and engagement, but weighted towards clicks that reached a real page and enquiries that named social as the source. Follower count is in there because people want it, not because it decides anything.
