Services

Software that pays for itself.

Clients don't wake up wanting Go, Next.js, or microservices. They want lower costs, fewer manual hours, and room to grow. We start from that number and work backwards to the technology.

AI Business Automation

We find the processes your team repeats by hand and replace them with systems that run themselves.

  • Internal AI assistants trained on your documents
  • Customer support agents with human handoff
  • Searchable company knowledge bases
  • Workflow automation across the tools you already pay for

Outcome: Fewer manual hours, faster response times, lower headcount pressure.

Custom SaaS Development

Multi-tenant platforms built to hold up under real customers, real load, and real compliance requirements.

  • Multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant isolation
  • Billing, roles, permissions, audit logging
  • Admin panels your ops team can actually use
  • Web and mobile clients on one API

Outcome: A product you can sell, not a prototype you have to rewrite.

Systems Modernization

Legacy systems moved to the cloud without a rewrite-everything gamble and without a weekend of downtime.

  • Incremental migration off legacy stacks
  • Scalability and performance work
  • Infrastructure cost reduction
  • Observability, CI/CD, and release safety

Outcome: Lower infrastructure spend, higher reliability, room to grow.

Web Development

Custom, responsive websites and web applications that load fast and convert the traffic you already pay for.

  • Custom website development
  • Web application development
  • CMS integration your team can run without us
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals

Outcome: A site that earns its keep instead of sitting there.

Web Design

Interfaces that are clear before they are pretty, so visitors understand what you do in seconds.

  • UI/UX design
  • Responsive design across devices
  • Brand identity and design systems
  • Wireframes and prototypes you approve before we build

Outcome: Fewer bounces, more enquiries, a brand people trust.

SEO Services

Technical and on-page work that gets you found by the people already searching for what you sell.

  • On-page and technical SEO
  • Keyword research and content strategy
  • Site speed and performance optimization
  • Analytics and rank reporting

Outcome: Organic traffic that compounds instead of ad spend that stops.

E-commerce Solutions

Secure, scalable online stores that survive a traffic spike and don't lose the customer at checkout.

  • Custom storefronts built around your catalog
  • Payment gateway and checkout integration
  • Inventory, orders, and fulfilment systems
  • Cart and checkout conversion work

Outcome: More completed carts, fewer abandoned ones.

Mobile App Development

iOS and Android apps that feel native, ship on one codebase where that makes sense, and two where it doesn't.

  • Native iOS and Android development
  • Cross-platform builds from one codebase
  • App store submission and release management
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates

Outcome: A second channel to your customer that people actually keep installed.

Digital Marketing

Paid and organic campaigns measured against revenue, not impressions, so you can tell what to switch off.

  • Pay-per-click campaigns and landing pages
  • Social media and content strategy
  • Email campaigns and lifecycle automation
  • Attribution reporting you can audit

Outcome: Spend that traces to pipeline instead of a dashboard nobody reads.

Dedicated Engineering Team

An embedded team that keeps improving your product every month, instead of disappearing at handoff.

  • Sprint-based delivery against your roadmap
  • Direct access over Slack and standups
  • Maintenance, monitoring, and on-call
  • Scale the team up or down each quarter

Outcome: Continuous delivery without the cost of hiring in-house.

1:1 Engineering Mentorship

Standing sessions with a senior engineer who has already shipped the thing you are trying to ship.

  • Two 1:1 sessions a month, each with written follow-up notes
  • Review of your real code and architecture decisions, not textbook exercises
  • A skills gap map ranked by what actually blocks your next level
  • Async access between sessions for the calls that cannot wait a fortnight

Outcome: A promotion case you can argue, and fewer months lost to guessing.

Career Guidance & Interview Prep

Work out which job you actually want, then get through the process standing between you and it.

  • Mock interviews — system design, coding, behavioural — with unfiltered feedback
  • A target company list built from what you want, not from who is hiring loudest
  • Offer negotiation strategy: what to say, when, and when to say nothing
  • A 90-day plan for the first months in the role, so the offer sticks

Outcome: Offers you can compare, and the nerve to negotiate one of them upward.

Personal Branding for Engineers

Make the work you already do visible to the people who hire, fund, and refer.

  • LinkedIn and GitHub profiles rewritten around outcomes rather than job titles
  • Positioning: the one sentence people repeat when they recommend you
  • A content plan you can actually sustain in two hours a week
  • Structure for the case studies and side projects worth showing

Outcome: Inbound conversations instead of cold applications.

Resume & Portfolio Review

A line-by-line pass over the document that decides whether anyone reads the rest of you.

  • Line-by-line notes on every bullet, naming the metric each one is missing
  • ATS check: parsing, keywords, and the formatting that quietly breaks both
  • A rewritten summary and skills section, matched to the roles you are chasing
  • One free re-review once you have made the changes

Outcome: A resume that survives the six-second scan and the filter behind it.

Common questions

Questions we get asked before every project.

Short answers. The long ones happen on a call.

How much does custom software development cost?

Discovery produces a written scope and a fixed price before any code is written. Small internal tools and automations typically start around $8,000; a multi-tenant SaaS platform is usually a five- to six-figure engagement. If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not your invoice.

Do you build custom SaaS for small and medium businesses?

Yes. Most of our SaaS work is for SMEs that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools but do not want an in-house engineering team. We build multi-tenant platforms with billing, roles, permissions, and audit logging, deployed on infrastructure you own.

What does AI integration actually involve?

We start with the process that costs the most to run by hand, not with the model. Typically that means connecting a language model to your own documents and systems through a retrieval layer, giving it tools it may call, and keeping a human in the loop where a wrong answer would be expensive. Every answer cites its source.

How long does a project take?

A focused automation or internal tool is usually four to eight weeks. A production SaaS platform is three to six months to first release. Discovery takes one to two weeks and ends with a scope, a number, and a delivery date you can hold us to.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, on delivery. Everything is documented, tested, and deployed on infrastructure in your own accounts. You are never dependent on us to keep your product running, and we will hand it to another team without friction if you ask.

Do you mentor individual engineers, or only work with companies?

Both. Alongside the client work there is 1:1 mentorship, career guidance and interview prep, personal branding, and resume reviews — bought by the engineer, priced per person, starting at $99 for a resume review. The people running those sessions are the same senior engineers who build the client projects, which is the only reason the advice is worth anything.

What actually happens in a mentorship session?

You bring real work — a design you are unsure about, a code review that went badly, a promotion packet, an offer you are weighing. We spend the hour on that, and you get written notes afterwards so the session survives the week. It is not a syllabus and there is no curriculum to get through; if you want a course, there are cheaper ones and we will say so.

Will a resume review actually change anything?

It changes whether the document gets read. Most engineering resumes fail on two things a stranger can fix in an afternoon: bullets that describe duties instead of outcomes, and formatting that the applicant tracking system silently mangles. You get line-by-line notes on both, and one free re-review after you have made the edits.

Do you work with existing codebases and legacy systems?

Regularly. We migrate legacy systems incrementally rather than betting the business on a rewrite, and we will tell you honestly when a rewrite is genuinely cheaper than another year of patching.

What is the most expensive thing your team still does by hand?

Tell us, and we'll tell you honestly whether software can fix it, and roughly what it would cost. No pitch deck.
