Stores that survive a traffic spike and keep the customer at checkout.

Two failures cost the most money and neither is on the product page. The first is a checkout that loses people between the cart and the payment. The second is the store falling over on the one day of the year the traffic actually arrives. Both are fixable, and both are cheaper to fix than the campaign driving the traffic.

This is for you if

  • Carts fill up and a large share of them never reach payment
  • Stock is right in one system and wrong in the other, and someone reconciles by hand
  • The storefront cannot represent how your catalog actually works — variants, bundles, B2B pricing
  • The last sale event was survived rather than handled

It isn't, if

  • You are selling a handful of products and Shopify's own theme fits. Use it; we will help you configure it and charge you nothing to say so.
  • The problem is that nobody knows you exist. That is marketing, and rebuilding the store will not move it.
  • You want the platform migrated because it is old. Migration has real costs and needs a reason beyond age.
How it works

What actually happens.

  1. 01

Follow the money out of the funnel

Where people leave, on which device, at which step. Checkout abandonment is usually two or three specific frictions rather than a general mood, and they are visible in the data before anything is rebuilt.

  2. 02

    Model the catalog honestly

Variants, bundles, tiered and B2B pricing, and the rules your sales team apply by hand today. Getting this wrong is what makes a storefront fight its own products for the next three years.

  3. 03

    Wire payments and fulfilment

Payment gateway, tax, shipping, inventory and orders connected to the systems that already hold the truth, so stock counts stop being reconciled by a person on a Monday.

  4. 04

Load-test before the sale, not during

The peak you expect, run against the real checkout path. Finding the ceiling in advance is considerably cheaper than finding it on the day.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Shopify, or custom?

Shopify for most catalogs, and we will build on it rather than talk you off it. Custom or headless earns its cost when the catalog, the pricing rules or the integrations do not fit the platform's model — not when the storefront needs to look different.

Can you migrate us without losing search rankings?

That is a redirect mapping job done before launch: every old product and category URL either survives or points somewhere sensible. Skipping it is the single most common way a replatform loses a year of traffic.

Do you handle payments and tax?

Integration, yes — gateways, checkout flow, tax and shipping calculation. We are not tax advisors and will not tell you what you owe; we wire up the provider that does.

What is the most expensive thing your team still does by hand?

Tell us, and we'll tell you honestly whether software can fix it, and roughly what it would cost. No pitch deck.
