Built for a six-month cycle, not a six-second one.
B2B marketing goes wrong when it borrows consumer tactics. The buyer is a committee, the cycle spans quarters, and the moment they were persuaded is rarely the moment they filled in a form. So the content has to cover the whole cycle rather than the top of it, and the attribution has to survive somebody saying "we already knew about you" on the sales call.
This is for you if
- Your deals take months and involve several people who each need something different
- Sales is doing all the sourcing and marketing is producing collateral
- Content exists but it is all top of funnel, so it attracts readers rather than buyers
- You cannot say which marketing spend produced last quarter's pipeline
It isn't, if
- You need leads this month. Demand generation compounds over quarters; if the runway is weeks, paid search is the honest answer.
- Sales and marketing cannot agree on what a qualified lead is. That argument has to be settled first, and no campaign settles it.
- You want a list scraped and blasted. We build targeted outbound with real research, which is slower, legal, and works.
What actually happens.
- 01
Positioning, tested on buyers
Interviews with people who bought and people who did not. What they call the problem is rarely what you call the product, and the gap between those two phrasings is where most B2B copy fails.
- 02
Content across the whole cycle
Not five more introductory posts. Comparison pages, implementation detail, security and procurement answers: the material the committee needs late, which almost nobody writes.
- 03
Outbound to accounts that can buy
Account lists built on real fit signals, sequences written per segment, and enough research per message that it does not read as a mail merge. Volume is not the lever here.
- 04
Attribution that survives scrutiny
Multi-touch tracking wired into your CRM, plus the self-reported question on the form. Neither is sufficient alone, and together they are usually enough to defend a budget.
What you get
- Positioning and messaging tested on real buyers before it goes on the site
- Content built for each stage of the cycle, not five more top-of-funnel posts
- Outbound sequences and ABM lists aimed at accounts that can actually buy
- Multi-touch attribution wired into your CRM so the report survives scrutiny

The ones people actually ask.
How long until this produces pipeline?
First meaningful signals around month three, a defensible read at six. That is a function of your sales cycle rather than of effort, and any agency promising quicker on a long cycle is promising something they do not control.
Do you do the outbound sending?
We build the lists, the sequences and the messaging, and we can run the sending or hand it to your sales team. Sending from your own domain with your own reputation is usually the better arrangement, and we set that up properly.
Is this compliant with GDPR and CAN-SPAM?
It is built to be: legitimate-interest basis for business contacts, clear identification, working unsubscribes honoured everywhere, and suppression lists that persist. We will not run a programme that is not.
Do we need a marketing person in-house?
It helps enormously, and where there is one we work alongside them rather than around them. Where there is not, expect to spend a few hours a month on approvals and subject-matter input, because that part cannot be outsourced.
