Can you feed listings to Rightmove, Zillow or Zoopla?
Where the portal offers a feed specification, yes. Each has its own format and its own approval process, and we build to whichever your membership covers rather than assuming one standard.
We use an agency CRM already. Do we replace it?
Usually not. The CRM stays the system of record for properties and contacts, and what we build sits around it: the portal, the tenant experience, and the operational workflows it does not cover.
How do you handle map search at scale?
Geospatial indexing in the database, clustering on the map, and results paged rather than loaded whole. The point at which a naive implementation becomes unusable is a few thousand pins, which is not many properties.
