Does our data go into training a model?
No. We build on API tiers that do not train on submitted data, and where the content is sensitive enough to warrant it, we keep retrieval and embeddings in infrastructure you control.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It should already have handed the question to a person. Systems here are built to cite their source and to escalate rather than to guess confidently, because a wrong answer delivered with confidence costs more than no answer.
Which models do you use?
